NCG is a growing Australian business operating across the HVAC, renewable energy, wholesale distribution, and building services industries. We are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operator to join our team.

Conversational Mandarin communication skills are essential, as many of our installers, warehouse staff, suppliers, and customers are Mandarin-speaking.

About the Role

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will assist with receiving, storing, picking, packing, and delivering air conditioning equipment, spare parts, and installation materials. You will also help maintain accurate inventory records and keep the warehouse clean, organised, and safe.

This is a hands-on role involving regular lifting and movement of air conditioning units, copper pipe, ladders, tools, and other installation materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, store, pick, pack, and dispatch stock.

• Prepare materials and equipment for installation jobs.

• Load and unload delivery vehicles.

• Deliver equipment and materials to job sites and customers when required.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stocktakes.

• Monitor stock levels and report shortages.

• Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and safe.

• Maintain warehouse tools and equipment and report any damage.

• Follow all Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) procedures.

• Assist with general warehouse and logistics duties as required.

Essential Requirements

• Conversational Mandarin and English communication skills.

• Current Australian Driver Licence.

• Physically fit and able to safely lift and move heavy equipment.

• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.

• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Basic computer skills.
