Maintenance Carpenter / Multi-Trade Technician

About the Role

This isn't a job where you'll be stuck doing the same thing every day.

As part of our team, you'll complete a wide variety of insurance repairs, maintenance works and emergency make-safe jobs across residential and commercial properties. Every day brings new challenges, giving you the opportunity to use and develop a broad range of trade skills.

Typical work includes:

• Carpentry repairs
• Plasterboard repairs and replacement
• Painting and finishing
• Doors, locks and window repairs
• Skirting, architraves and general fit-off
• Minor roofing and cladding repairs
• Water damage reinstatement
• Emergency make-safe works
• General building maintenance
• Working alongside supervisors, insurers and builders to deliver high-quality outcomes

About You

Essential

• Relevant trade qualification
• Current Driver Licence
• White Card
• High standard of workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in

Highly Regarded

• Experience across multiple trades
• Plastering experience
• Painting experience
• Roofing experience
• Insurance building or maintenance experience
• Ability to manage small repair projects from start to finish
