Little Rompers is looking for a friendly, reliable and motivated Retail Sales Assistant to join our team.

About the role

You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and helping customers make confident purchasing decisions across our range of prams, car seats, nursery furniture and baby products.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers with product selection and purchasing decisions

• Developing strong product knowledge and becoming a product specialist

• Processing sales and handling cash/EFTPOS

• Receiving deliveries, unpacking and replenishing stock

• Maintaining excellent store presentation

• Assisting with general store duties as required

About you

We're looking for someone who:

• Has previous retail or customer service experience

• Is friendly, approachable and genuinely enjoys helping people

• Is reliable, trustworthy and has a strong work ethic

• Has excellent communication skills

• Is confident working independently and as part of a team

• Is enthusiastic about learning and developing product knowledge

• Takes pride in providing exceptional customer service

• Has a strong commitment to workplace health and safety

• Is a permanent local resident

Experience in baby products or nursery retail is highly regarded, but not essential. The right attitude, reliability and willingness to learn are just as important to us.
