About the role
Total potential earnings: $137,000 – $144,000 (Salary + Allowances + Remote Travel Allowance) plus many additional benefits including:
Paid Parental Leave: 2 weeks paid Paternity Leave, accessible upon completion of 1 year of service.Contract Flexibility: Enjoy the security of an initial 2-year fixed-term contract with the potential for extensions

Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Chief Operations Officer (COO), responsible for the day-to-day operations of Tullawon Health Service. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the COO is second in command and responsible for translating strategic direction into effective operational delivery.
The COO provides leadership and oversight across organisational operations, workforce performance, funding and contractual obligations, financial management, quality, risk and compliance. The role supports Executive Managers to effectively manage their teams, programs and resources while ensuring organisational priorities, service outcomes and reporting requirements are achieved.
