Responsibilities:

• Conduct diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Mercedes-Benz vehicles, adhering to company guidelines and best practices.

• Performing final tests and quality control

• Using your knowledge and skill to guide your coworkers including other technicians and apprentices

• Managing workshop supplies, tooling and equipment

• Liaising with advisors on vehicle and workshop requirements

• Stay up-to-date with the latest Mercedes-Benz technical information and 

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an automotive technician, with a specific focus on Mercedes-Benz vehicles.

• Proficient knowledge of Mercedes-Benz vehicle systems, electrical components, and diagnostic procedures including the use of Star Diagnosis.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to work with a tight-knit small team

• Excellent communication skills and with a friendly customer-focused approach.

• Technical certifications from Mercedes-Benz or equivalent training programs are preferred.
