We are looking for a friendly and reliable Casual Optical Dispenser to join our close-knit team at our small, independent optometry practice. About Us:
We are a local optometry practice dedicated to delivering personalised and high-quality eye care to our community. We pride ourselves on our welcoming atmosphere, and we’re committed to providing a professional and positive experience for each of our patients.

Location: South Perth
Hours: 9am-5pm: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursdays, and Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients in selecting eyeglasses and lenses based on their prescriptions and lifestyle needs.
• Fit, adjust, and repair frames to ensure proper fit and comfort.
• Educate patients on frame and lens care.
• Provide outstanding customer service and address any questions or concerns.
• Ensure the dispensary is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Process orders and maintain accurate patient records.
• Work alongside the optometrist and team to provide exceptional care.

Qualifications:

• Previous optical dispensing experience required.
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional attitude.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a small team.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a busy environment.
• A passion for helping people and delivering excellent patient care.
