What You’ll Be Doing

• Assisting at open homes and auctions

• Prospecting through calls, door knocking, and letterbox drops

• Managing databases and handling buyer enquiries

• Supporting property listings and sales administration

• Preparing market reports and marketing material

• Learning from and working alongside a top-tier Director

What We’re Looking For

• Ambition to build a long-term career in residential sales

• High energy, enthusiasm, and a proactive mindset

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Self-motivation and discipline — you can work independently and stay on track

• Strong attention to detail and time management

• Agents Representative Certificate (or currently completing)

• Current driver’s licence and a reliable car

• Some experience in Real Estate (preferred)
