Paint Sales Assistant/Driver - Padstow NSW

Inspirations Paint is Australia’s leading Paint Specialists Franchise Group, servicing both the retail and trade markets. We are growing and always on the lookout for high calibre individuals to join our store team. Inspirations Paint Padstow are a family-owned, local business seeking a motivated and customer-focused Paint Salesperson/Driver to join their friendly team on a full time basis. If you’re passionate about customer service, have an eye for colour, and enjoy hands-on work, this could be the perfect opportunity to develop your career in a supportive, close-knit environment. Paint Sales experience not essential as we will train you.

The position is available for immediate start and will include ongoing industry leading training, Award wages and a uniform. Business hours are 5:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday and 6:30am to 12 noon Saturdays. You will be required to work some weekends on rotation. 

What We’re Looking For:

✅ A full, valid driver’s licence – essential
✅ Able to lift up to 25kg
✅ Full time - Available to work regular roster
✅ Reliable, self-motivated, and ready to learn - a team player with leadership potential

What You’ll Be Doing:

✅ Assisting customers with paint choices, colours, and product advice

✅ Selling products to fill customer orders

✅ Managing stock, receiving deliveries, and maintaining store appearance

✅ Providing excellent service and helping build customer relationships

✅ Following our “Inspirations Way” procedures

✅ Adhere to Workplace Health & Safety requirements
