Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages to order

•  Greet customers, take orders, and provide friendly service

•  Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment

•  Maintain cleanliness of the work area, equipment, and customer space

•  Handle cash register, process payments, and give correct change

•  Restock supplies (cups, lids, milk, syrups, etc.) as needed

•  Follow food safety and hygiene standards

•  Assist with basic inventory and opening/closing tasks

Skill & Experience

Strong customer service and communication skills

•  Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure

•  Attention to detail (especially when preparing drinks)

•  Basic knowledge of coffee, espresso, and beverage preparation

•  Multitasking and time management

•  Teamwork and reliability

•  Basic cash handling and math skills

•  Good hygiene and cleanliness habits

•  Friendly, positive attitude
