Nursery Sales & Marketing Manager

Regen Nurseries is one of Victoria's leading indigenous and environmental nurseries, producing millions of plants each year for landscape contractors, councils, developers and environmental projects. We are seeking an ambitious Nursery Sales & Marketing Manager to help drive the next stage of our growth.

This is more than a sales role. As part of our senior leadership team, you will help shape the commercial direction of the business while building long-term client relationships and identifying new market opportunities.

About the Role

Reporting to the Nursery Manager, you will:

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to grow revenue.
• Build relationships with key client groups.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts and manage key accounts.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure plants are delivered on time and to a high standard.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities.
• Lead marketing initiatives, client communications and industry engagement.

About You

You are a motivated commercial professional with:

• At least 5 years' experience in B2B sales, account management or marketing.
• A proven record of achieving sales targets and growing client relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation and organisational skills.
• Commercial acumen and a proactive approach to business development.
• Experience in horticulture, landscaping or environmental services is highly regarded but not essential.
