This Bid Administrator role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating multiple priorities, working to deadlines and supporting teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. You will work closely with Bid Managers, Bid Directors and our Pursuits & Bidding team to support work-winning activities across Queensland and beyond.
You will play a key role in coordinating bid administration activities, managing tender documentation, supporting governance processes and helping teams deliver compliant, compelling submissions. Alongside this, you will support proposal production activities including sourcing CVs and project information, coordinating reviews, undertaking compliance checks and assisting with the preparation and submission of tender responses.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role requiring strong organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple pursuits.
The Opportunity
Bid inbox management including downloading tender documentation and updating the Bid Tracker.Setting up tender folders and coordinating bid administration requirements.Scheduling and coordinating:Bid Go / No Go meetingsContract reviewsBid reviewsSupporting bid preparation activities including:Standard inputs and tender formsSourcing background informationSourcing CVs and project experienceFormatting, compiling and finalising response documentsCompliance and quality checksSupporting post-bid activities including filing, PJN closeout and feedback uploads.CRM data entry and maintenance under the direction of the LBL / GTM Geography Lead.Assisting Bid Managers and Bid Directors to coordinate bid activities and achieve submission deadlines.

Ability to coordinate bid activities and progress submissions to deliver high-quality outcomes within agreed deadlines.Seen by others as approachable, responsive and willing to support colleagues with information and assistance.Understands team requirements and proactively anticipates needs to support successful bid delivery.Positive, enthusiastic and motivated, with a genuine interest in developing a career in bidding and work winning.Able to remain organised and effective during busy periods, recognising when support is required and seeking assistance appropriately.Strong attention to detail with a thorough and methodical approach to work.Previous experience in administration, coordination or support roles within a professional services, consulting, engineering, construction or similar environment would be advantageous.
