About the Role 
We are looking for an energetic and ambitious professional to manage and lead a sales team in Dubbo. This role is perfect for someone who wants to progress their career while driving sales, team engagement, and customer satisfaction. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead and manage a high-performing sales team 

• Drive sales performance and achieve company targets 

• Mentor and motivate team members to reach their full potential 

• Monitor team KPIs and implement strategies for improvement 

• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations 

• Collaborate with senior management to plan and execute growth initiatives 

About You 

• Proven experience in automotive sales with leadership or managerial experience 

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills 

• Leadership qualities that inspire and motivate teams 

• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite 

• Ability to complete a National Police Check (company provided) 

• Valid driver’s license and availability to work weekends
