McGrath Riverina is growing and we are looking for a Property Manager to join our team.

This role offers the opportunity to work within a professional, supportive and systems-driven Property Management team in Narrandera/Leeton.

About the Role

You will be responsible for managing a residential property portfolio while delivering a high level of service to both landlords and tenants.

The role includes:

• managing landlord and tenant communication

• maintenance coordination

• lease renewals and tenancy management

• arrears follow-up

• compliance management

• vacates and leasing coordination

• maintaining accurate PropertyMe records

You will work closely with our wider Property Management team and receive support, training and structured procedures.

About You

Preferred Experience

We would love someone with Property Management experience, however we are also open to applicants who are:

• new to the industry

• currently studying real estate

• looking for a long-term career pathway

• motivated to learn

Requirements

• NSW Certificate of Registration or willingness to obtain

• current driver’s licence
