Contract Administrator

Company: 
ConsultANZ is looking for a Contract Administrator in Sydney. 
  
Main Duties: 

• Administer head contracts and subcontract agreements.
• Prepare, assess, and negotiate subcontract packages.
• Manage subcontractor claims, progress payments, and variations.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and cash flow.
• Prepare progress claims and contract correspondence.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and project documentation.
• Assist with procurement and supplier management.
• Support project delivery by identifying and managing commercial risks.
• Maintain accurate project records and reporting.

  
 

Requirements: 

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Contract Administrator within the construction industry.
• Previous experience working on civil infrastructure or piling projects is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts and commercial administration.
• Experience managing subcontractor agreements, variations, and payment claims.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Full Australian working rights.
