Remuneration & HR Reporting Manager

The Role

The ABC is looking for a senior remuneration and reporting leader to build the governance, frameworks and insights that underpin how the ABC pays and remunerates its workforce. This role sits at the intersection of remuneration strategy and people data, shaping the frameworks that guide pay decisions and the reporting that informs them.

What you'll do

• Own the ABC’s remuneration strategy covering policy, salary structures, enterprise agreement application, and market benchmarking.
• Build governance and controls that make pay decisions consistent, equitable and defensible.
• Lead workforce reporting and analytics that give leaders real, trusted data for planning and decision making.
• Deliver on regulatory essentials like WGEA, Gender Pay Gap reporting and Board-level insights.
• Lead a team of remuneration and reporting specialists.

What you'll bring

This role demands a blend of technical remuneration know-how, data governance rigour and the interpersonal skill to engage and influence key stakeholders. This includes:

• Proven experience designing remuneration frameworks in a large, complex organisation
• A strong grip on pay equity, benchmarking and market alignment
• Deep experience in workforce analytics, HR data governance and HCM systems
• Confidence navigating employment legislation and industrial instruments
