Lease Services Specialist - Novated (12 month FTC)

As a Lease Services Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their lease experience is seamless and efficient. You will manage a range of activities related to novated leases, maintaining our commitment to excellence in service delivery.

Included In What You'll Do

Communicating with drivers and employers regarding lease products.Processing reimbursements and managing lease finalisations.Providing lease options and handling contract renewals.Managing salary packaging processes and payroll client coordination.Supporting various administrative tasks, including fuel cards, eTags, and registrations.Maintaining high standards of professionalism in all correspondence.

What You Have

Knowledge of novated leasing, salary packaging, or payroll systems.Proven experience in customer service and administrative roles.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.A proactive and collaborative approach to teamwork.
