Bridal Jewellery Consultant (Casual) — New Farm, Brisbane

We’re looking for warm, motivated and detail-oriented Bridal Jewellery Consultants to join our team on a casual basis.

In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in creating unforgettable moments for couples as they embark on the journey of discovering their dream rings.

You’ll be responsible for conducting intimate by-appointment-only consultations where clients can explore our collection, understand our process and begin the journey to co-creating their forever rings.

We’re looking for motivated individuals with previous retail experience who can help uphold the personal in-store experience that defines our brand.

About the Role

This is a casual, in-showroom role based in New Farm, Brisbane.

Hours typically range between 10 to 15 hours per week, with availability on Saturdays & Sundays essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, professional and personalised experience during each consultation
• Provide thoughtful support to clients throughout their ring journey
• Work towards sales conversions while supporting follow-up communication
• Maintain showroom presentation and assist with visual merchandising
• Support the management team with daily operations and appointment coordination
• Respond to client enquiries in person, by phone and via email with care and attention to detail

About You

• Previous retail or sales experience (luxury or jewellery experience advantageous but not essential)
• A natural communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• Confident working both independently and within a small team
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Calm, composed and professional under pressure
• Passionate about creating meaningful client experiences
• A genuine interest in bridal jewellery, design and craftsmanship
