Little School Brassall
About the role
We are a family-owned centre looking for an experienced Early Childhood Teacher who is passionate about quality education, natural learning environments, and developing play-based learning experiences where children can thrive.
Little School Early Learning Centre, Brassall is now open and we are seeking an exceptional ECT to join our expanding team..
This is a rare opportunity to be part of a beautifully renovated, family-owned centre from the very beginning of its next chapter. Licensed for 75–80 children, our service has been thoughtfully designed to create a calm, inspiring and high-quality environment where children can learn through play, exploration and meaningful relationships.
A key feature of our centre is our strong focus on natural environments and nature-based learning. Our outdoor spaces include a large natural playground, a dedicated loose parts play yard, chickens and guinea pigs, and a small produce garden where children can engage with experiences such as growing lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers and other seasonal produce. We are looking for a teacher who genuinely values the role of the natural environment in children’s learning and who can contribute to rich, play-based educational experiences grounded in curiosity, creativity and connection to the natural world.
We are a family-owned and operated centre, not a large corporate group. We value relationships and genuine support. This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to help shape the culture of a centre known for warmth, professionalism and high-quality practice.
