Reservations / Customer Service Staff

Join our Customer Service team working in our booking centre on Hobart's waterfront

You will be part of an incredible team who all work together to ensure the smooth operation of our tours.  The role involves handling visitor enquiries, cruise bookings and retail sales.  You will interact with guests, suppliers and our industry partners in person, via telephone and email.  The role includes some computer work but full training is provided. 

There are opportunities for:

• Seasonal casual staff for the peak season which would ideally suit university students looking to work over the university summer break.

• Ongoing work throughout the year on a full-time, part-time or casual basis is also available and we can be flexible in offering 2 to 5 days a week depending on your preferences and availability.

Shift times in Hobart Office are typically 6:30am to 1:30pm, 7:00am to 6:30pm, 9:00am to 5:00pm and 12:00 to 8:00pm.  

The role is based at our office/retail outlet on the Hobart waterfront. There is also the opportunity to work at our Bruny Island and/or Port Arthur centres if desired.

Please note that it is essential that you are available to work some weekend shifts.
