Operations Manager

This is a senior leadership role working directly with the Managing Director to help drive the next stage of TradePro Group's growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day operations across plumbing and roofing divisions.

• Oversee teams of plumbers, roofers, apprentices, and subcontractors.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Develop systems, processes, and operational efficiencies.

• Support business development and expansion throughout South East Queensland.

• Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and profitably.

• Contribute to strategic planning and company growth initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Strong leadership and people management experience.

• Background in construction, trade services, plumbing, roofing, or operations management.

• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.

• Commercial acumen and a growth-focused mindset.

• A desire to help build a market-leading business.

Qualified Plumbers

We're seeking experienced and motivated plumbers who take pride in their workmanship and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Residential and commercial plumbing installations and maintenance.

• Diagnosing and resolving plumbing issues.

• Working efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.

• Providing exceptional service to clients.

Requirements

• Current Plumbing Licence.

• White Card.

• Current Driver's Licence.

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualified Metal Roofers

Join our growing roofing division and work on a variety of exciting projects across South East Queensland.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation and replacement of metal roofing systems.

• Roof repairs and maintenance.

• Flashings, gutters, downpipes, and associated roofing works.

• Maintaining safety and quality standards on every project.

Requirements

• Metal roofing experience.

• White Card.

• Current Driver's Licence.

• Strong commitment to safety and workmanship.

• Positive attitude and reliable work ethic.
