The Opportunity

KAWANA is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team.

KAWANA is a Sunshine Coast-based signage company delivering projects across Australia and New Zeland. We partner with clients to design, manufacture and install, managing each project from concept through to completion.

We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities and developing new business. Working alongside our estimating, design, production and project management teams, you'll be responsible for developing new business while building long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and build long-term client relationships.

• Identify opportunities with new and existing clients.

• Meet with clients to understand their requirements and provide suitable signage solutions.

• Work closely with our estimating, design, production and project management teams.

• Prepare proposals and manage opportunities through to project handover.

• Represent KAWANA professionally within the industry.

About You

You'll ideally have experience in business development, account management or B2B sales.

You'll also have:

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Experience in the signage industry preferred but not essential.

• A proactive approach and confidence in developing new business.

• Strong organisational and time management skills.

• A current Australian driver's licence.
