Site Foreman – Residential Construction

Due to continued growth, we're looking for an experienced Site Foreman to join our team and play a key role in delivering high-quality projects while helping shape the future of our construction division.

As Site Foreman, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of multiple residential construction sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, on time and to the highest standard.

You'll work closely with our Construction Manager, Project Coordinator and Operations Team to maintain exceptional quality while keeping projects moving.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage residential construction projects from commencement through to completion.

• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and deliveries.

• Ensure works are completed in accordance with plans, specifications and Australian Standards.

• Maintain construction schedules and site programs.

• Conduct quality inspections throughout every stage of construction.

• Monitor workplace health and safety compliance.

• Communicate daily with management regarding project progress.

• Identify and resolve site issues before they become problems.

• Maintain clean, organised and professional building sites.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to Primrose Group's quality expectations

We're looking for someone who leads by example and genuinely cares about delivering quality homes.

You will ideally have:

• Minimum 5 years' experience supervising residential construction.

• Experience with duplexes, townhouses or custom residential homes.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Strong organisational and time management abilities.

• Ability to read construction plans and specifications.

• Buildertrend or Similiar system experience (highly recommended)

• High attention to detail.

• Current White Card.

• Current Driver Licence.

• Strong understanding of WHS requirements.
