About the Role

We are looking for a dependable Cleaner to maintain our North Brisbane office and facilities to the highest standard of cleanliness and hygiene.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, is highly organised, and understands the importance of providing a professional environment for staff, clients, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean office suites, meeting rooms, kitchens, and common areas

• Vacuum, mop, sweep, and dust surfaces

• Clean and sanitise bathrooms and amenities

• Disinfect high-touch surfaces including door handles, switches, and shared equipment

• Spot-clean doors, glass, and windows as required

• Safely use cleaning chemicals and equipment

• Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly

• Follow all workplace health and safety requirements

• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for staff and NDIS participants

To Join the Fina Team, You Will Have

• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work

• The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively

• A strong commitment to workplace safety

• Previous cleaning experience (preferred but not essential)

• Valid working rights in Australia

• A smartphone for work communication

• Current Australian Driver Licence (preferred)

• Access to a reliable vehicle (preferred)

Mandatory Requirements

• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card) or ability to obtain

• Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card) or ability to obtain
