Assistant Manager

What you'll actually be doing:

• Owning day-to-day café operations — food preparation and execution, the Guest Experience and upholding the Cali standard

• Coaching and developing your team to be their best

• Keeping an eye on the numbers that matter (sales, wastage, labour)

• Bringing energy to every shift and every guest interaction

• Stepping up as a genuine 2IC to your Manager
