Senior Receptionist

An opportunity exists at St Kilda Road Medical Centre, for a friendly, professional, and dedicated Senior Medical Receptionist to join our team. We're looking for someone to work FULL TIME or PART TIME (at least 30 hours per week).

Experience in a similar role within general practice is ESSENTIAL.

• Strong computer and IT skills

• Reliability

Demonstrated skills include:

• Experience with Best Practice (essential)

• Experience in administration within a medical centre

• Experience with HotDoc and Cubiko preferred

• Strong communication skills

• Able to work under pressure

• Excellent time management & organisational skills

• Excellent customer service

• Friendly and able to work autonomously as well as part of a team

• A qualification/certificate within the medical industry preferred
