About the role
We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Compliance & Sales Coordinator to join our team. This is a pivotal role responsible for supporting the Sales Management team and the compliance framework across our 9 office locations in the St George, Shire and South West area.
Working closely with the leadership team, you will help maintain compliance with real estate legislation, oversee anti-money laundering obligations, support staff licencing and CPD requirements, and coordinate key reporting activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating structure, improving processes, and contributing to a high-performing team. This role is also responsible for working with the sales team on reports, technology and systems.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the AML/CTF compliance process
Complete compliance reviews of property listings, including agency agreements, contracts and marketing
Coordinate and support staff accreditation / licencing requirements and maintain records
Maintain training records and support ongoing compliance education and professional development
Prepare weekly sales reports
Assist agents with sales related technology
Coordinate the Group Monthly team meetings including scheduling, agenda and presentation materials
About You
You are detail-oriented, organised, and confident managing multiple priorities. You have a strong understanding of compliance principles and enjoy supporting teams to achieve high professional standards.
Skills & Experience required
Previous experience in real estate administration and understanding of industry compliance requirements
Some experience with AML / CTF compliance obligations preferred
Strong organisational and project coordination skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify compliance risks
High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism
Advanced written and verbal communication skills
Strong Microsoft Office and computer system skills
Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Licence.
