About The Role

We are seeking a Full-Time Forklift Driver / Pick Packer to join our busy warehouse team.

This is a hands-on hybrid role where you will be responsible for operating a forklift, picking and packing customer orders, moving stock and supporting the wider warehouse operation.

You will play an important role in ensuring orders are processed accurately, safely and efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

Operating forklifts safely and efficiently to load, unload and move stockPicking and packing customer orders accurately and efficientlyReceiving, checking and storing incoming stockLoading and unloading trucks and containersMoving and organising stock throughout the warehouseHandling manual lifting as requiredPreparing orders for dispatchMaintaining a clean, safe and organised warehouse environmentWorking efficiently to meet daily targets and deadlinesFollowing all workplace health and safety proceduresSupporting other warehouse duties as requiredContributing to a positive, respectful and team-focused workplace

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:Previous experience in a warehouse, pick-and-pack or logistics environmentA current Forklift Licence (LF & HR)Demonstrated forklift operating experienceExperience picking and packing ordersGood attention to detail and accuracyThe ability to safely perform manual lifting and physical warehouse dutiesGood communication and organisational skillsA reliable, punctual and positive attitudeThe ability to work independently as well as part of a teamA strong commitment to workplace safetyA willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities when required

Previous experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment will be highly regarded.
