Food & Beverage Attendant

Located on Brisbane’s northside, Kedron-Wavell is one of Queensland’s leading community clubs, renowned for delivering exceptional hospitality and creating memorable experiences for our members and guests. We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer focused Casual Food and Beverage Attendants to join our team across our two restaurants. If you thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment, enjoy working as part of a supportive team, and are passionate about providing outstanding service, we'd love to hear from you.

• Maintain high levels of customer service

• Attend to all guest needs in a polite and cheerful manner.

• Preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

• Using the point of sale system to take food and beverage orders accurately.

• Deliver food and drinks in an efficient and confident manner.

• Ensuring the dining area remains clean and tidy and ready for service

• Full availability, including nights, weekends, and public holidays

• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude

• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills

• Current RSA certificate

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service

• 4% above award pay rate
