Key Responsibilities: 

• Review damaged vehicle to determine the scope of work and most cost effective and efficient method of repair.

• Manages liaison with Insurance Assessors

• Responsible for ordering parts once customers confirm their repair booking

• Booking repair jobs according to requirements based on size mix, number of jobs and dollar value.

Requirements:

• Sound computer and office skills

• Critical thinking capabilities

• Excellent team player

• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
