The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dedicated and dynamic team of specialists and allied staff at Shenton College. We are currently seeking a highly motivated Social Worker to join our team.
In this role, the successful applicant will join our multi-disciplinary Student Support team to improve health, behaviour, and engagement outcomes for students in our large and diverse learning community. By working collaboratively with families, carers and other stakeholders including inter-agency supports, you would help reduce the complexities impacting our most vulnerable students and support them in successfully engaging with their education.
As a school-based Social Worker, you will ideally integrate into our existing support structures to proactively problem-solve complex cases. Your primary duties may include:
You would join a community of motivated educators committed to the wellbeing of every student. You will ideally be collaborative, empathetic, and possess a "can-do" approach to problem-solving.
