Remedial Massage Therapist

About the role

Join a high-performance health team inside one of North Brisbane's largest health, fitness & recovery facilities . You'll deliver high-quality remedial massage, myotherapy or soft tissue treatments in a supportive yet autonomous environment that blends clinical excellence with performance training. Work directly with physiotherapists, exercise physiologists and coaches in a multidisciplinary clinic located inside a premier health and fitness facility with high performance training equipment, commercial lifting zones, functional training spaces, Reformer Pilates studios and private treatment rooms.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality remedial massage, myotherapy or soft tissue treatments for MSK pain, sports injuries, chronic conditions and post-operative recovery

• Perform appropriate assessments and collaborate with physio/EP to progress patient outcomes

• Use modalities such as deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, sports massage, cupping, lymphatic drainage and dry needling (if qualified)

• Support clients along rehabilitation, recovery or performance pathways

• Maintain accurate clinical notes (SOAP/clinic format)

• Contribute to recovery programs, workshops or events

• Uphold exceptional client experience, communication and professional standards

About you

• Diploma of Remedial Massage (or higher credential e.g., Myotherapy/MST)

• Membership with a recognised professional association (ANTA, MA, AMT etc.)

• PI + PL insurance

• Current First Aid & CPR

• Strong hands-on skills and passion for MSK + sports clients

• Confident communicating in a busy gym environment

• Adaptable, proactive and client-focused

• Enjoy working independently yet value a collaborative team

• Want a long-term role where you can grow your caseload and clinical skills
