On behalf of our client, we are seeking a commercially driven and strategically focused Global Distribution and Supply Chain Manager with International Business Development & Strategic Partnerships skills and qualifications to identify new growth opportunities and strengthen Micromax's global supplier and technology partner network.

Working closely with senior management, you will drive market expansion across diverse industries including Healthcare, Digital Health, Defence, Mining, Industrial Automation, Manufacturing, Transport, Retail and Critical Infrastructure.

The role is responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with international manufacturers, technology partners, and OEM suppliers, negotiating commercial agreements, supporting market entry strategies for innovative technologies, and identifying new distribution and channel opportunities. You will represent the organisation at national & international exhibitions, supplier meetings and industry events while ensuring supplier performance aligns with our quality, innovation, service, and commercial objectives.

Essential Criteria

·         Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Business, International Business, Commerce, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.

·         Minimum five (5) years' experience in international business development, strategic partnerships, technology distribution, channel management, or commercial management within a technology, industrial or manufacturing environment.

·         Demonstrated success in identifying, developing, and securing strategic partnerships with international manufacturers, OEMs, technology vendors, and distribution partners.

·         Proven ability to identify new market opportunities, develop market entry strategies and deliver sustainable revenue growth through strategic business initiatives.

·         Strong commercial acumen with experience negotiating commercial agreements, distribution arrangements and supplier partnerships that achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

·         Experience developing and managing international distribution channels and strategic supplier relationships across Asia and global markets.

·         Excellent stakeholder engagement, relationship management, and cross-cultural communication skills, with the ability to influence senior executives and international business partners.

·         Fluency in spoken and written Mandarin Chinese and English is essential. Taiwanese language proficiency will be highly regarded.

·         Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple international priorities, and deliver strategic outcomes within a dynamic business environment.

·         Willingness and ability to undertake regular domestic and international travel.

Highly Desirable

·         Experience within healthcare technology, industrial automation, electronics, IoT, digital health or related technology sectors.

·         Experience representing an organisation at international trade exhibitions, supplier conferences, and industry forums.

·         Knowledge of international distribution models, global supply chains, import/export processes, and channel partner development.

·         Experience collaborating with executive leadership to develop and implement strategic growth initiatives and international market expansion plans.
