Role Description The Business Analyst (Entry / Junior) role is a part-time, hybrid position based in Melbourne, VIC, with the flexibility to work both on-site and from home. This role supports Crosswinds Counseling by analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency, and helping align services with client and organizational needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and documenting business requirements, assisting with data analysis and reporting, and supporting the evaluation of current systems and workflows. The Business Analyst will collaborate with counseling and administrative teams to translate business needs into practical recommendations, support small projects, and contribute to improvements in service delivery and client experience.QualificationsStrong Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.Foundational Business Analysis and Business Requirements skills to document needs, processes, and functional specifications.Understanding of Business Process concepts, with the ability to map workflows and suggest improvements.Effective Communication skills for working with clinical, administrative, and leadership teams and presenting findings clearly.Relevant tertiary qualification or progress toward a degree in business, information systems, data analytics, or a related field.Comfort working with spreadsheets and basic reporting tools; experience with data visualization or CRM systems is an advantage.Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment, manage competing priorities, and maintain attention to detail
