Kmart’s Customer Fulfilment Centres have become a key part of our online fulfilment network, helping deliver products to customers faster and more efficiently. As we continue to enhance the platforms, processes, and systems that support these operations, we're building new teams and ways of working to support a significant transformation program.

We're looking for an Iteration Manager to help bring structure, consistency, and delivery discipline to a rapidly growing team. Working closely with engineers, business analysts, operations stakeholders, and fulfilment leaders, you'll play a key role in establishing practical Agile ways of working while helping teams navigate significant organisational and cultural change.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coaching teams, improving delivery processes, and bringing people together around a common approach. Fulfilment domain experience is a bonus, but your ability to influence, collaborate, and drive effective delivery practices will be what sets you apart.

What you’ll be doing:

• Facilitating Agile ceremonies including planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
• Working with teams to establish and embed practical delivery frameworks, tools, and ways of working.
• Supporting multiple workstreams across fulfilment technology initiatives and operational improvements.
• Helping teams manage priorities, dependencies, risks, and delivery commitments.
• Partnering closely with Business Analysts, Engineering Managers, and operational stakeholders to improve delivery flow.
• Coaching teams on Agile principles while applying them pragmatically within a warehouse and operational environment.
• Supporting change management activities as teams transition from legacy ways of working into Kmart's delivery practices.
• Building strong relationships across fulfilment operations, technology teams, and Customer Fulfilment Centres.
• Creating visibility of progress, impediments, and delivery outcomes through effective stakeholder communication.

To be successful in this role you’ll have:

• Experience working as an Iteration Manager, Scrum Master, Delivery Lead, or similar Agile delivery role.
• Strong facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills.
• Experience helping teams adopt and improve Agile ways of working.
• Confidence working across technology, business, and operational stakeholder groups.
• The ability to bring structure and clarity to environments that are evolving or still establishing delivery practices.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, people-focused approach.
• Experience with Agile delivery tooling such as Jira and Confluence.
• Exposure to fulfilment, warehousing, supply chain, logistics, or distribution centre environments is advantageous but not essential.
• A pragmatic mindset and the ability to balance delivery discipline with operational realities.
