Orthodontic Receptionist – Part time or Casual.
We’re looking for a Receptionist who brings warmth, professionalism, and initiative to our team.
We are offering an exciting opportunity to join our highly regarded, well-established orthodontic practice in Unley, working Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. We are happy to offer flexibility around school drop-off and pick-up times to support parents with family commitments.
You’ll be part of a brand-new, purpose-built clinic, working alongside a professional and supportive clinical team.
Prior orthodontic or dental experience is not essential, but it would be an advantage. This is your opportunity to make your mark in a premium, purpose-driven clinic.
No weekend work
Above-award remuneration (depending on experience)
Brand-new, modern specialist clinic
Supportive and experienced clinical team
A patient-focused front desk role
Team-building activities and regular social events
Free on-site parking + excellent public transport access
You’ll play a key role as the first point of contact for our patients, creating a welcoming and seamless experience from the moment they arrive.
In this role, you will:
Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism
Manage appointments, phone calls, and patient enquiries
Coordinate schedules to ensure smooth daily operations
Support the clinical team to deliver a high-quality patient experience
Maintain accurate patient records and manage digital systems
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
Have experience in reception, customer service, or a dental/medical setting (but not essential)
Bring excellent communication skills and a warm, friendly manner
Are organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Are proactive, reliable, and enjoy working in a team environment
Are eager to learn and contribute to a high-performing practice
Are confident using computers and digital systems
We are interviewing immediately and would love to hear from you.
If you’re excited by the opportunity to be part of a premium practice, grow your skills, and help create exceptional patient experiences—apply now, we’d love to meet you.
