Mowing, Gardening and Landscaping Work

We’re building something different in Moreton Bay - a reliable, recognisable brand with a friendly team of gardeners who take pride in our beautiful outdoor spaces.

Our work ranges from simple mowing jobs, to pruning and hedging, to maintaining luxury gardens, to clearing out overgrowth, planting new garden beds, or laying new turf. We also have opportunities for people experienced in softscaping, such as garden bed design (plant choices and layout).

With such a variety of jobs, you’ll have the opportunity to use your existing skills and learn new ones.

Don’t worry – you don’t need to know ALL of it, and we’ll only put you on shifts you feel comfortable and confident doing. You’ll often be working in pairs, sometimes solo and sometimes in larger groups.

You’ll need to:

• Know your way around lawn mowing, whipper snipping and edging

• Have some experience with general gardening tasks (eg pruning, hedging)

• Love working outdoors and take pride in quality work

• Hold or be willing to obtain blue card, yellow card and police check

• Have or be willing to obtain your ACDC (chemical spray) license

• Have your own transport to get to and from our depot or job sites (around Moreton Bay)

Highly desired but not essential:

• Qualifications in landscaping or horticulture  

• Comfortable driving and reversing with a trailer

• Machine operation tickets

We provide:

• All tools and equipment - commercial grade, regularly serviced and well-maintained

• Proper employment - that means competitive rates, super on top, and opportunities for growth and development

• Rates are $35-45ph + super, depending on experience and skill

The job is casual to start, with definite opportunities for permanent roles and team leader positions as we grow.
