System implementation Change Manager

Join this leading, Global Health tech looking for a Clinical Systems / Change Manager to work with them on a high profile clinical system project.
Sydney CBD based (hybrid working) 2 year contract role.

Key focus areas for you would be 
• Lead the development and execution of end-to-end change strategies for a full Clinical system replacement
•Embed change management into program delivery, cutover planning, and go-live activities
• Conduct detailed impact assessments, including workflow, process, and role-level impacts across clinical teams
• Drive business readiness and transition planning, ensuring teams are prepared for system migration and new workflows
• Design and deliver targeted communication strategies that simplify complex technical and clinical changes 
Partner with clinical leads and SMEs to deliver role-based training and capability uplift.
• Identify and manage change risks and resistance, particularly in high-dependency clinical environments
• Define and track adoption and readiness metrics, ensuring successful transition and sustained system utilisation
• Coach senior stakeholders and clinical leaders to act as effective change sponsors.

YOU! - 

• 5+ years of experience working in healthcare or similarly complex, regulated environments ((e.g. technology, telehealth, digital health)
• Ability to work closely with delivery teams and embed change into Agile or hybrid project environments
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including experience working with senior leaders and clinical users
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships. Engage business leader, solve problems, build consensus, establish credibility and achieve objectives
• Demonstrated experience in impact assessment, readiness planning, and resistance management
• Ability to translate technical change into clear, user-focused communication and training approaches
• A structured approach to change, ideally with exposure to frameworks such as ADKAR or similar 
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically to problem-solve, demonstrating teamwork and innovation.
• Flexible with proven ability to conform to shifting priorities, activities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience with working across multiple time zones with resources based across various remote locations
