About the Role
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of individuals with disabilities by providing personalised care and support tailored to their unique needs and goals. Your dedication and commitment will contribute significantly to creating a more inclusive and compassionate society.

Key Responsibilities

• Domestic assistance such as cleaning and cooking.

• Supporting participants to access the community.

• Report Writing.

• Responding to health and well-being needs of participants.

• Working within NDIS Code of Conduct

• Adhering to Organisational Values, Code of Conduct and policy and Procedures.

• Assistance with medication

• Further development activities as required.

• Transporting participants

Requirements

• Driver's License.

• Reliable registered vehicle

• Completion of or enrolment in Certificate III Individual Support or Equivalent.

• First aid and CPR certificate.

• Blue Card – Working with Children.

• Yellow Card – Working with People with a disability.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
