We are currently seeking a Part-Time Fishing Expert with a strong retail background to join our team. If you have a passion for fishing, enjoy sharing your knowledge with customers, and are available to work late nights and weekends, we would love to hear from you.

About the Role:

• Providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Assisting customers with product selection and offering expert fishing advice and recommendations.
• Sharing your fishing knowledge and expertise with customers and team members.
• Handling transactions efficiently at the register.
• Keeping the store looking fresh by restocking and merchandising products.
• Ensuring the store is clean, organised, and welcoming for every shopper.
• Working as part of a team to achieve sales goals and deliver top-notch service.
• Supporting in different departments across the store.

Who We Are Looking For:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join us at Anaconda.

• A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for fishing and outdoor recreation.
• Strong retail experience with a proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Sound knowledge of fishing products, techniques, and equipment.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Previous retail experience is essential; specialty fishing knowledge will be highly regarded.
