Role DescriptionWe are looking for a creative, organized, and data-oriented professional to support marketing and digital marketing activities. The role combines marketing coordination, digital campaign execution, content development, social media support, and performance analysis to strengthen brand awareness, audience engagement, and business growth.Key responsibilities include supporting the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels, coordinating promotional activities, preparing marketing materials, and maintaining consistent brand messaging. The role will also involve assisting with social media management, content creation and scheduling, email marketing, website updates, and digital advertising activities.The successful candidate will monitor campaign performance, track key marketing metrics, conduct market and competitor research, and prepare reports and insights to support campaign optimization. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams, creative partners, agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure marketing initiatives are delivered accurately and on schedule while identifying opportunities to improve engagement and marketing effectiveness.QualificationsStrong understanding of marketing, digital marketing, content marketing, social media, and branding.Ability to support the planning and execution of marketing and digital campaigns.Familiarity with platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google, and other relevant digital channels.Knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, online advertising, and social media marketing concepts.Ability to create, coordinate, and manage engaging marketing and digital content.Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Canva, or similar platforms is preferred.Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor campaign performance and interpret marketing data.Good understanding of marketing KPIs, audience insights, engagement metrics, and conversion performance.Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.Good organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.Creative and proactive mindset with an interest in current digital trends and consumer behavior.Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.Strong willingness to learn and continuously improve marketing strategies, processes, and campaign performance.
