Principal Service Integration and Delivery Lead

The Principal Service Integration and Delivery Lead will be responsible for effective service integration across service providers and vendors, ensuring seamless transition of new applications and services into operational support that meet service standards and operational readiness. They will coordinate with project teams, service providers and internal and external stakeholders to align service delivery with business requirements and maintain service performance. The role also involves continuous improvement of integration processes, driving efficiency and stability in the delivery of IT services.

We are seeking applicants who, within the context of the role responsibilities, possess the following key attributes:

• High level knowledge of relevant digital and ICT legislation, policies, and procedures with a demonstrated ability to provide specialist expertise and advice within a complex organisation ensuring compliance with applicable standards and best practice.
• Proven technical and application knowledge of communications technology environments with an ability to recommend effective solutions and strategies to decision makers, influencing policy and ensuring seamless service integration and transition.
• Demonstrated high level knowledge and understanding of the major trends, strategic directions and legislative and governance frameworks within the ICT environment with a proven ability to gain strong stakeholder support and communicate the program's value, aligning service integration with business requirements.
• Well-developed leadership skills and the proven ability to manage and coordinate internal and external stakeholders, with demonstrated ability to effectively prioritise work, meet operational deadlines and foster a collaborative environment, promoting continuous improvement and professional development.
• Highly developed oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and a demonstrated ability to negotiate with influence and establish positive, strategic partnerships and collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

The following mandatory requirements, special conditions and/or other requirements apply to this role:

• Whilst not mandatory, a tertiary or postgraduate qualification in an ICT/information management discipline will be highly regarded.
