Special Counsel, Casualty and Liability

Chris leads Kennedys' Sydney Casualty practice and is recognised for his expertise in complex insurance and casualty litigation. Peter is an experienced insurance specialist whose practice spans casualty, property, professional indemnity and speciality lines. Together, Chris and Peter lead a well-established and growing practice acting for domestic and international insurers across a broad spectrum of liability and insurance matters.

This role offers exposure to a diverse mix of public and product liability matters, professional indemnity, property damage, catastrophic claims and general insurance litigation matters, with opportunities to work on marine and aviation matters where they arise.

You'll work directly with sophisticated insurer clients, manage complex and high-value matters and play a key role in mentoring and developing junior lawyers. You'll be joining a team of Special Counsel, Senior Associates and Associates, supported by dedicated paralegals and legal secretaries.
