Receptionist/Sales Assistant

Position Description:

Responsible for managing front desk operations, supporting customer enquiries, and assisting the Sales team business operations.

Qualifications:

• Can speak English fluently & be able to communicate with customers/staff
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide professional assistance.
• Prepare quotations, sales documents, and support customer order processing.
• Follow up customer requests and coordinate requirements with relevant departments.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales files, and administrative documentation.
• Assist with scheduling, reporting, and general office activities.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and customer service requirements.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Professional, reliable, and positive attitude.
• Previous experience in sales, administration, or a related industry is an advantage.
