About the role:

You will work with a broad private client base across complex parenting, property and financial matters, including:

• Divorce, separation and property settlement matters.
• Complex parenting disputes, including relocation and allegations of child abuse.
• Spousal maintenance and child support matters, including Binding Child Support Agreements.
• Financial Agreements, including pre-nuptial agreements.
• Adoption, surrogacy and related family law advice.
• Mediation, negotiation and contested court proceedings.

The ideal candidate:

• Family lawyer with approximately 2–6 years’ PQE.
• Strong technical experience across parenting, property, financial and dispute work.
• Confident managing family law matters with an appropriate level of autonomy.
• Commercial, strategic and empathetic in approach.
• Strong drafting, communication and client relationship skills.
• Genuine interest in building a long-term career within a growing family law practice.
