YOUR NEW ROLE

We're looking for an experienced and commercially minded Senior Organisational Services Consultant to join our Perth-based team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Organisational Psychologist (Or Registered Psychologist with Organisational Psychology training) who thrives on variety, impact, and purpose, working at the intersection of psychosocial risk, wellbeing, safety, leadership, and organisational performance.

As a senior member of the team, you'll partner with organisations across a range of industries to solve complex people and workplace challenges, lead high-impact projects, and contribute to the growth of innovative organisational services solutions.

What You'll Do

As part of our Organisational Services team, you'll design and deliver evidence-based solutions that support individuals, teams, and organisations to thrive. Your work will include:

• Designing and facilitating leadership, wellbeing, safety, culture, and performance development programs.
• Leading psychosocial risk assessments and partnering with organisations to identify hazards, interpret findings, and implement practical controls that improve workplace health and safety outcomes.
• Advising executive leaders and organisations on psychosocial risk management, psychological health and safety, workplace culture, and organisational effectiveness.
• Delivering individual and team coaching to support leadership development, performance, resilience, and wellbeing.
• Administering, interpreting, and providing feedback on psychometric assessments and assessment centres.
• Facilitating workplace mediations, conflict resolution processes, team realignments, and organisational change initiatives.
• Supporting career transition and redeployment programs with empathy and professionalism.
• Leading complex client engagements, including onsite delivery across metropolitan, regional, and remote locations.
• Scoping, designing, and managing organisational development projects that align with client objectives and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying opportunities to expand services and deliver long-term value.
• Mentoring junior consultants and contributing to service innovation, capability development, and thought leadership initiatives.

ABOUT YOU

• AHPRA Registered Psychologist.
• Master's Degree in Organisational Psychology, Industrial and Organisational Psychology, Business Psychology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3+ years' experience delivering organisational consulting, organisational psychology, or workplace health and wellbeing services.
• Demonstrated experience leading psychosocial risk assessments and translating findings into practical organisational outcomes.
• Strong consulting, stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and project management skills.
• WA Driver's Licence and access to a vehicle.
• Availability to travel, including opportunities to visit regional and remote client sites (with competitive profit-share opportunities for overnight travel).
• Endorsement in Organisational Psychology or working towards endorsement (desirable).
• Hogan or other psychometric assessment accreditation (desirable).
• Mediation accreditation or training (desirable).
