About the Role
EcoGreen Australia is expanding its sales team and is looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and customer-focused Kiosk Attendees to join our team in the local Shepparton area.
You will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their requirements, providing excellent service, and supporting the sales process at our kiosk.
Key Responsibilities
* Engage confidently and professionally with customers at the kiosk.* Welcome customers and understand their needs and requirements.* Provide information about our products and services.* Create a positive and friendly customer experience.* Support sales activities and work towards achieving sales targets.* Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming kiosk environment.* Follow company guidelines and contribute positively to the team.
What We’re Looking For
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.* Excellent customer service skills.* Friendly, confident, and approachable personality.* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.* Previous sales or customer service experience is an advantage, but not essential.
