About the role
The Regional Manager, Accommodation is responsible for leading and managing the effective and efficient operation of a portfolio of accommodation services for clients with a disability within a defined region.
This role is responsible for supporting the implementation of strategic and operational initiatives and projects relating to service growth, and to ensure the consistent application of practices, policies and procedures across all areas of the Accommodation & Respite business. Within a team of Regional Managers, the role is accountable for analysing business practices and performance to identify service gaps and opportunities to ensure that the A&R business is sustainable.
