About the Role
We are seeking a commercially minded Treasury, Planning & Analysis Analyst to join our Finance team.
This is a unique opportunity to combine treasury operations, financial planning and commercial analysis in a role that directly supports the financial health and strategic direction of the Group.Reporting to the Finance leadership team, you'll manage the Group's liquidity position, develop robust cash flow forecasts, support funding requirements and provide meaningful financial insights to senior stakeholders across the business.You'll work closely with operational, project and finance teams, giving you exposure to major construction projects and the opportunity to influence business performance through data-driven analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Treasury & Cash ManagementManage the Group's daily liquidity position across multiple entities.Monitor bank balances and optimise cash management arrangements.Administer online banking platforms, payments, trade finance and foreign currency transactions.Assist with funding strategies and financing initiatives to support business growth.Financial Planning & AnalysisDevelop, maintain and continuously improve Group cash flow forecasting models.Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.Analyse financial performance and provide commercial insights to support strategic decision-making.Partner with business units to understand project pipelines, operational drivers and working capital requirements.Working Capital & Cash FlowMonitor receivables, payables, inventory and project cash conversion cycles.Identify opportunities to improve cash generation and optimise working capital.Improve forecast accuracy and cash flow visibility across the Group.Banking & Commercial SupportManage the issue, amendment and administration of bank guarantees.Maintain registers and reporting for guarantees and security instruments.Complete Requests for Information (RFIs) from banks, insurers, clients and other stakeholders.Support the financial oversight of tender outcomes and funding requirements.
About You
You'll be a commercially focused finance professional who enjoys solving problems, building relationships and providing meaningful financial insights.You'll ideally bring:Experience in treasury, FP&A, corporate finance or a similar analytical finance role.Strong understanding of treasury management, cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning.Strong knowledge of three-way financial statements and financial modelling.Experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and management reporting.Advanced Excel skills and experience using ERP systems and reporting tools.Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
