Key Duties

Support the Retail Manager in the day to day running of the IGA.Oversee maintenance and upkeep of store ensuring a high level of cleanliness and tidiness.Assist with staff management including rostering, performance counselling, coaching and training and performance reviews.Liaise with the Supervisor in the management of daily staff and running issues.Set an example of professional behaviors, including presentation and conduct, for all team member to follow.
