About the role
Club Pilates Fortitude Valley is part of the globally recognised Club Pilates network, with over 1,500 studios worldwide and a rapidly growing presence across Australia.
We deliver premium Reformer Pilates in a welcoming and professional boutique studio environment, helping our members move better, feel stronger and build a sustainable Pilates practice.
As our studio continues to grow, we are seeking passionate and professional Pilates Instructors to join our team.
Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality Pilates instruction in accordance with Club Pilates programming and teaching standards
Teach Intro classes, group apparatus classes, private sessions, and semi-private sessions as scheduled
Create a safe, engaging and motivating experience for members of different levels and abilities
Arrive at least 15 minutes prior to each scheduled class/session
Stay current with Club Pilates education, programming, and instructor standards
Work collaboratively with the wider studio team
Perform other reasonable duties as required
Mat and Reformer Pilates Certification (required)
Strong Reformer teaching experience preferred
Confident delivering safe, engaging and well-structured group classes
Passionate about Pilates, movement and helping members progress
Professional, reliable and comfortable working as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Valid Australian work rights
Teach in a premium boutique Pilates studio
Onsite parking available
Supportive and professional team culture
Bridging training provided to support successful onboarding into Club Pilates programming
Regular instructor development workshops and continuing education opportunities
Opportunities to progress into Lead Instructor and Trainer roles
